Role: Assistant Director & Stage Manager

Yehong Zhang

As Assistant Director, Yehong supported the overall artistic vision by coordinating rehearsal structure, pacing, and actor movement. Simultaneously serving as Stage Manager, he oversaw backstage operations and performance execution, ensuring consistency and discipline across each run. Balancing creative collaboration with operational responsibility, the role required both sensitivity to storytelling and precision in execution.
